Treat yourself! Have blocks, strap and blanket, 2 pillows nearby, especially for the gentle class. 

 Alternatively, big books, a scarf and large pillows will also work! ;-)

As a Positive Psychology Guide, I am helping my clients learn to find their way towards positive change. 

My unique approach combines Kripalu Yoga philosophy of non-judgement, mindfulness and being present with the fascinating scientific methods of Positive Psychology.

With my clients I apply appropriate aspects of positive psychology and provide tools and exercises that assist them in finding their way towards well-being, increase their satisfaction and resilience.

My clients will learn to use a combination of positive psychology exercises and writing assignments as well as simple Yoga sequences, breathing practices and, if desired, Mantras for meditation.
